Not sure what I should think of it...

His WIT growth is impressive, but a random skill with no fury gain and 200% isn't that great.
Recovery also doesn't make a lot of sense when using ichibei.

But I don't know weither or not DoT work on PvE Events.. if it does, then he might well be worth it.

For 12k, I'll most likely buy him anyway to replace my Shini Urahara...

I am not sure you understand just how insane a 100% DoT is.

if it applies to all partners then yes, it's crazy. If not though which is probably the case, you're gambling pretty hard to win :/

Well, if it works in PvE Events, then it's good, still not so happy about randomness, tough.

Tenjiro is better then Bankai Rukia. Very easy to set up a team that Tenjiro will almost always hit VG + Main DMG Dealer. Kirio and Tenjiro are BFFs.

100% DoT means you can quite easily do 700k+ damage per tick.

looks like the DoT and stun works on the two random partners he hits as per the skill mentioned. if only that speed mod was the second or third, then it would be a juicy partner. looks too good to be the second hitter of a team . with the first partner damaging all but vg and say one partner.  
if only there was some fury regen and some combo to assaulters that would be fun buhuhaha

Works in all PvE content. Good for Hollow Map and potential future releases. Not so much in Ryoka/ES.
