yes it was, but im vip 8, and i topped up all via psc and never had this problem, at least with medium/big amounts, had once or twice with 200g/400g

i made this to ask if someone already had issue and how to solve them, i also did a post there dont worry
i was looking for answers since gogreed supp doesnt exist
edit: not there exactly in there, but in payment bugs

I've never used paysafecard, always used visa and never had an issue, if you top-up i recommend using that method
