Name of sword: Kurayami No Tenshi. (angle of darkness)

Shikai form look: full on katana with the back of the blade full of sharp small blades going down on it from the tip to the hilt and has roses designs on the sides and the back part of the blade tinted with dark purple.  

Ability: allows you to teleport with shadows all around the area of 4 kilometers from the front to the back of any where of your enemy and shoots shockwaves of darkness witch burns your enemy.

Bankai name: Kurai Tengoku. Dark Heaven.

Form Look: Same look from shikai but over all bigger size of it's self.

Ability: allows you to teleport you to a different realm witch overall gives you a bit increase in dark type attacks it's allowed to use witch in terms lets you fuck with your enemy and messes their minds up then teleports you back where you then cut off your enemies down.

Weaknesses: only real weakness it has is when you teleport the holder's defense is lower.

Name: Shirotsume No Ha (Whiteclaw blade)

Shikai form: Same length as basic zanpakuto with addition of nightblack hilt, snow white blade and black as dried blood line crossing the blade.
One of the fastest zanpakutos, hard to balance and requires both hands on the hilt or will fly off out of control. Can create sonicwaves with the speed of the blade that are weak in power, but can be casted multiple times in a row and can cast one huge sonicwave, but requires a lot of time to charge, which requires constant movement of the blade. For shikai form it uses extreme amount of physical energy and reiatsu which makes it high risk high reward shikai to use, and is rarely used due to the extreme effects to the user's body (fast depleting of energy, high level of concentration, reiatsu usage, lack of usage for both hands).

Bankai: Turns the blade into 2 white bracelets/knucklers. User gets his/her upper body's speed increased and partial faceguard from both arms. Bankai only gives a lot of speed and some defence with decent amount of damage, its extremely heavy, unlike the shikai form, and uses a lot of reiatsu and physical energy in form of strength. Only skill is rebound, which when taken hits from enemies can charger up the damage from enemy hits and blast it at them at free, it's not free to use technique since you take minor amount of recoil, which in such heavy bankai can cause a lot of selfharm, but it can cover a huge area and finish fight in a flash if the user can control the amount of damage taken. If the user can not control the damage taken he/she will get the damage bound by the Shirotsume No Ha by double it had originally taken, so in action it nullifies the damage and can create own attack by using enemy's attack, but if the enemy uses too much power for user to control or user stores too much it will cause nearly mortal recoil to the user.

So basically this is a zanpakuto with 2 extremely beneficial but risky forms, bankai and shikai, both cost huge toll and don't last long in fights, but can surprise enemies and destroy huge areas. The basic idea of the zanpakuto is its cost and speed it grants and shikai works best in ranged battles while bankai works both in ranged and melee battles due to the nature of rebound. And the difference between bankai and shikai in strength is huge, since the shikai grants a lot of speed, but close to no damage while the bankai grants defence, speed (limited to torso), and damage.

So if you are lazy here is the short version. Its white and black shikai with basic zanpakuto looks which is extremely fast and can create sonicwaves. Bankai is white armguard/faceguard that has huge amount of speed added to torso, can rebound damage with high risk. And both use a lot of physical strength, reiatsu and strength of mind, which is the reason I prefer using the basic zanpakuto form, which is basic zanpakuto with white and black hilt.

And I made this up in the fly so its to be expected to have some serious grammar errors and some repetition. And I didn't proofread it so have fun.
