how about aizens Zanpakuto: Kyoka Suigetsu , maybe it will give
Vanguard: dmg rate +0%, hp +50%, avoid injury + 10%, recover rate 25%.
Assaulter: Dmg rate 17%, speed 12%,
Support: Dmg rate 19%, Speed 16%.
His ability will be :Atk will happen every 1,4,7 rounds. Attack all enemys growth rate 20%, decrease enemy speed and hitrate by 15% and increase ally supports and assaulters dmg rate by 20% and speed by 18% for 2 rounds.
and make the Attributes:
+375 Kido Atk
+375 Phys Atk
+375 Speed.

we're not doing that thing for in game. we're making our own zanpakuto. not characters who already have zanpakuto.
