Yeah, same here EW, tried all the steps on two different browsers, Windows 8 and Firefox, and still black. It was working earlier for me today, until tried to log-in to server. Maybe it's a bug or data overflow.
Anyway, don't want to add unto your stress, so I hope things get cleared up soon. You Dev team have a very addictive game.

same here nighthero7 never had this issue then now it stops working on chrome but works on IE

i have trie evrything and i continue gething the black screen !!! i have change my browser i have 3 now opera chrome and mozilla i have clean my catch i have updat my flash etc etc and nothing change lol and yesterday the game was working fine only a  little lag but nothing more !! And today i get black screen that is funny lol

im vip 9 so dont give us that mine is black when i click the server i play in kone flyes down to the corner and it never loads i did all of the things on the first post did no good i also installed crome that my other computer uses and it didnt do anything same issue (ever since i bought this computer i have only ran bleach on it) soo any ideas to help me i was having lag issues befor on this computer and then last night befor guild attack and defend it did this problem i went to bed and that didnt fix it

try darthville way, use adobe flash player v 152, but u will be pissed off more lag on this version rather v.189

no need clear cache or etc, do clear cache when u have 400 bad request / nginx.
and often screen stop at loading.

I found out its cause I did a update yesterday the computer asked for and it was to update flash player and it doesn't work with bleach but I cant seam to find a way to change versions back I tried everything I could find to do it and adobe web sight is the worse for customer support I have ever sean

nothing is working. I used chrome, it was fine, then it went to black screen, I used internet explorer, it worked for 2 days now I can't play online .-. someone, please help us.
