yeah i can feel ya. i kinda wished shuhei was alot more better. but. i guess he's something i could work with his i get him.

i'd buy him either way and try to work with a 1-3-1 formation to have both tosen and hisagi XD but im broke as hell.

I guess he could be useful in PvP if you don't need to rely on him to be exceptionally fast.
Probably not worth buying though. Looks like I'll still be saving up for W ichigo in csb for another assaulter.
