That combo rate is definitely getting my hopes up!

that would make it was 45 max ? now only if s/he got a combo rate from bond too, then say 55% but 90% and going over that is so impossible now hehe

wtf... his skill is fucked, the only good thing is that his str is high and he is aoe.
i even feel Ryukken Ishida is beta than him. Except can make t1 and max is evo out to give him a hell of a damage rate, then maybe he can One Hit!
