How is she not a counter for Katen users who are relying on their support characters..

My advic ...

I get she is a good counter but only if the battle doesn't end in the 1st or 2nd round.
If she goes off she reduces speed/recovers furry which is pretty huge.
But 1st she has to go off, anyone using katen would(senju/hiki) would be a million miles faster> just saying.
and probably with t1 so she gets no furry and mostly before she even gets to 100 furry her whole team will be dead. so not really good.

But the only way for her to be able to help a little is if probably the enemy doesn't have t1 while she has t1 which will make her own team faster even thou originally they were slower.
But i really don't see much people going after her, when Noza can easily shut her down.(he just needs to be faster/t1 or sumone like senju just needs to stop her from getting furry while noza gets and then shuts her down while they others rekt her team.)

So in no way i don't understand her countering anything except for her mod - 20 speed which might be good. Thats if the difference in speed of the two team are not so much apart.

(Am not opposing your view am just saying i don't see much of a problem cause of her, if someone buys her and beats you, am sure within a day or two.
You would have countered that for sure. so ultimately for me she is good as a tank: AOE attack/Recovery furry)

Ultimately she is an Early Game/Mid Game Vanguard at End game its either you are a speed/cc or a Rapist.
A rapist will most likely One shot her whole team mates... and even thou they go on 1st cause of her - 20, they will most likely have a beefy defense cause resulting from high attack(in respective order.)
A speed/cc most likely won't be affected by this since they can shutdown whole team.
Even if... she becomes a problem a work around can be found.
The only people i see likely to purchase her won't have a need for her, as most are already OP and don't even use vanguards.

With that been said, those that will go for her are the challengers who are hoping to be able to slow down the top-dogs and cc so to be able to win.
THE DIFFERENCE OF -20% SHOULD HOWEVER BE CONSIDERED AND CALCULATED IF YOU REDUCE 20% SPEED OF YOUR TOP-DOG ON YOUR SERVER WILL YOU BE FASTER?.
IF NOT THEN, YOU WILL STILL FOREVER GET REKTED.

Ugh another month, i expected her to release soon. What about the feature i sent you to ask them?  ...

no anwser yet, pretty sure they will ignore it. but theres a new feature  which let you inherit/return universal modify fragments, exclusive fragments and reincarnation stones from a partner (hopefully they add it for zanpakuto fortify too )

Yah that is what i as talking about when i mentioned 20%... i guess i made mistake not to say 25%.
