That being said, I don't think Natsu understands the math behind a 25% reduction in speed ( if we get version 1 ). I previously took him to school on the -30% damage rate on Isane ( he quoted it to be like 100k damage, I proved it was over -700k ). I think he is vastly underestimating this again.

He is right that it is not going to make a ton of difference. Someone you outspeed by 250k isn't going to make up that deficit, however, 100k is very possible.

Look at it this way, it is a VG that basically says give your supporters +25% inate speed. I defy anyone to tell me that isn't PvP endgame worthy by itself.

Well, until I get merged with Kosmos server, I can outspeed everyone above server 130 without problem even with that debuff on me, so for me even if everyone except me gets her and mods her from now on, it doesn't matter and she's a useless partner lol.Edit: You didn't take me to school, I said it was 150k or so before crit, with crit it was 600k not 700k.
Even with 600k less damage on everyone I would deal well over 3m damage to everyone on the other team, one shotting anyone still.
