How much do i need to spend to get charcters like hikifune and kensei

I really need to make my acc better how much do i need to spend and which chracter to get a decent acc. Not looking for most expensive charcters like Bankai rukia or koga.

Stack speed on Kieske and Yourichi to T1 your whole team
Give Soph the best of the best you come across, stones, hogu, mod soul, everything
