How much do i need to spend to get charcters like hikifune and kensei

both (I think) are 12k in lucky turntable gold draw.

Depending on the event you may be able to get 2 for 300, i got Senju and Hiki for 300 total.

Special event series (like Easter we just had) offer greater top up rebate (usually 60% for EU and US). If you are very lucky in Ultimate Charge and get 1st place (depends on your cross server top up competition) you can get 130% rebate (100% from Ultimate Charge and 30% normal rebate).

whats the ultimate charge?
Also if i top up 4000 i could get like 2200 gold back maybe.

If you top up 200 gold ($5) every day during the first 5 days of the Reio Guardian event (so 1000 gold in total) you will get 2300 gold for topping up 1000. You will also get some free items in the event itself.

so if i top up 4000 i can get 8600 and do i need to top up every day for that to work.
Also does this event come often
