ok I been emailing gogames for about 3 weeks now trying to get the gold I was cheated out of, I top up in U.S server 36 on  (Aikawa kenta) is my characters name..... my user name is romeo420..... I topped up 60 dollars and waited and still have yet to receive any gold or any money back to my bank account... So for what I hope to be the last time I have to write to the company about this issue I need the gold or the money back in my account plz pictures are in the emails I sent to u from [email protected].. i need the vip it gives me, it also made me miss getting the fury stones i needed on that event so plz get back to me asap

When is the problem of not getting the evol frags gonna get fixed? I've wasted more than 5K vit on evol frags not received.  IDK what it is with the ppl that are supposed to be fixing and\or developing the game.  You add stuff that is a pain in the ass to do. You don't fix problems other than superficial ones.  Are you all to busy counting the $$$ ppl are spending and laughing all the way to the bank, or maybe to the BMW dealer.  It seams that all you care about is getting ppl to spend the $$ they worked hard to get.  In the real world ppl get sued for the kind of BS you all pull and some go to jail for it too.  Maybe that's something the players should look into.

the last server maintaince happened during the end of Ryoka and nobody in my server received the Ryoka rewards,  we also missed ABB and Protect Seretei.  What kind of recompense will we receive for this unannounced server maintaince?
Not sure what all servers are in my merger, but I am in US S161...  and from what I've seen, basically every US player experienced the same thing
