Same thing happened in Server 147 fr all 3 top players(including me when i was first). They wont fix it.

didint get my ichigo either, ive been missing couple rewards but I just try to live with that cuz I really like this game :d sad it aint working properly. I wish I get my ubp event price this time ^^

I guess they really don't care about free players... they get so much profit from the pay players. I never got my Gegetsuburi and I have a feeling I won't get Ichigo. They could care less since I haven't paid into the game, but I was planning on dropping some money on this but not if they can't even have the free items working right, and especially if they won't address the issue. I see no point in paying into a game that has shitty customer service, and does not have  proper bug control. I'll continue and see if I get Ichigo, but if not then bye.

Hello there , i have been trying to open my server but after loading ,  it still is showing black screen . I even had deleted my cookies and reloaded again but its not opening . If you are seeing this please try to rectify it . Thank you for yous support . server US 160

1) Login related problems:

I have loging isue i was playing, everything was alright until i refreshed after it i get black screen (just after girls screen game dont want to start). I flush dns clear cache check game on other browsers(torch included) on other cpu even on tab i played some times but stiil same problem, i even checked using difrent internet conection, is server down or something, becouse i dont believe i played for tree weeks and now all of a suden something went wrong on everything for me i could understand my cpu but on others i checked still dont work can someone explain it to me??
