Hi,

I am having a problem where I keep getting disconnected form the game for hours at a time..at the moment I only seem to be able to log in for a few hours in the morning my time (I'm +7 hours ahead of US server time right now) and from about 3pm until well after midnight for me I cannot log into the game...I've cleared my browser history, cache and cookies a couple of times, but every time i get to the point where it says "loading character etc" and then black screen for about 20 seconds, and then "you have disconnected". And so i clear cache again, refresh...same thing. For more than 9 hours straight. This used to happen infrequently, but now it's every day and I can't do pretty much anything worthwhile, alliance battle or cross server battle or anything from 8am US server time. I was thinking of becoming a VIP but if this is going to continue then it's not worth it..Is it that the servers can't cope with the number of people online? Because other sites seem to function on my mac while all this happens and i'm using ethernet not wifi, so I'm sure it's not my connection. Thanks in advance

why are u gogames always breaking the game...

I agree with you...I've missed out on alliance battles and cross server battles almost every day because I cannot get into the game...I keep getting disconnected after a certain time, and no matter how often I clear cache, cookie and browser history I still can't log in. I lose out on bright stones and cross server points/prizes all the time because of it. They should give better compensation for their ineptitude...some silver is not exactly the equivalent of the stones I need or the points I'd get from cross server battle or the challenge stones I could redeem from those points..

Im having a problem with Seven-days Gift Pack
i haven't yet received any of the following awards; 3rd Day Zanpakuto Gegetsuburi, 4th Day Prestige Gift Pack, 5th Day Spirit Stone Gift Pack, 6th Day Rank 3 Hogu Treasure Chest, 7th Day Gold Ichigo (i received basic rewards but not the special one, dont know why)
Im a VIP3, figured i support the game cause i do enjoy playing it, and i know at least 10 other players who are same vip or higher meaning we all spend 50$+ and u have 142 servers up, i wont lie guys... but its a little sad that you making all the money and cant fix a small issue people are having, and from reading other posts on forums there are more people having same issues like us. so plz support team get your self together and assist us. thx u.

Just like web also having the same problem on US - S143, have yet to receive any of the special rewards like the Zanpakuto.

Hi, im having a Bug Issue with Hueco Mundo Attack, i attacked 4 times and on the 5th time the Attack and partners windows pops up but when i hit Start Battle it does nothing, ive tried in other browsers and nothing, i know theres some other people having the same issue as me, is there any solution ????/

I'm having the same problem at the moment :/
I don't know what's causing the problem and the only solution that I can think of is just resetting.

I'll add this to the list of things gogames needs to fix...

lucky you I got stuck on the first attack lol. But if you are a high level vip just rest the 2nd time an you can clear the map. Its better then not getting anything.

Hello. I got trough a some of issues lately. Firstly i didn't receive gift Ichigo for 7 day sign up. But most important ''Hueco Mondo Attack'' does not work, ''Start Battle'' gives no response and this happens for 4th time now.

While i do not care much for ichigo gift, i would like you to fix Hueco Mondo Attack until tomorow or conpensate Hueco mondo coins i've lost. I'm a vip player i assume that i deserve proper service. Also this is not only my problem, a loot of people have troubles with ''Hueco Mondo Attack''.
