I did an mistake when i read the upgrade char of Azrial, because all the 14 chars are new they have diferences from the event/CSB/Alliance Shop chars diferent rank/skill/possition(ass, vg, supp) so i add all to the poll now

does kenpachi go from kenpachi in lv90 tavern or shura kenpachi?

no all the chars are new and seems like they arent upgrades just 2 versions of the same char, like ichigo/cristmas Ichigo/mask Ichigo/Demon Ichigo not 100% sure but seems like

These are suppose to be upgrades of partners. As in replace them, kinda like on Unlimited Ninja.

yep but if you look all are diferent, CSB Shura Kempachi is assaulter with an gold aura, the New is Vg with orange aura, the alliance shop Ulquiorra att the Vg the new is AoE, event Toshiro is vg the new is support and the rank its diferent, so all are new even the fragments needed count for both chars then maybe you dont need Toshiro Shikai to get Toshiro Bankai, only guessing but seems possible

well almost all the first foms are possible to get for f2p players but almost all the 2nd forms need atleast to be Vip1 exept Renji and all have high lv requeriment to get lv95 is the lower
