the 14 chars are new, the have diferent rank/possition/skill, they arent the chars from events

im not sure, the updates here are random and incomplete, this is a mess so i dunno

hmm the new big update is i think they will add is customer service support,,  

i had a look at the CN it looks like if you own toshiro vangaurd you can upgrade him to support bankai somthing like that but not sure need someone to validate this
