and 1 thing i wanna ask should i recruit orihime to replace nemu or recruit kaien (A). or may b i should w8 for lvl50 recruitment ?

I suggest to recruit Inoue to replace Nemu.
As for Kaien, if you are a high vip then yes or you can use Ichigo untill lv50.

No, it depends on your luck..
As I mentioned in the tips, it only work most of the time.
If you're really unlucky, you will still lose.
