Is the uryu in lv30 instance?

You need to ask GM Charlie.
It should be open when you reach lv40...
But for certain reasons, US server is not implement yet.

Recruiting of 1 gives 300 Coupons 20 Soul Talisment and 15 Epic EXP
2 gives 500 Coupons 30 Soul Talisment and 15 Epic Exp

Yes it is possible but you have to participate lots of events thou and get enough silver and luck to win in junken
