You need to join events as much as possible in order to earn rewards like large amount of exp. and silvers and etc.,Do Alliance  Battle/Campaign to obtain accessories & bright stone to spirit forge your accessories,Do trials for Hogu,Equip the right stones for your character and partners therefore it will greatly increase your battle capability,Fortify all your equipment to the max,Recruit decent partners in tavern and Cultivate your Reiatsu.

That is Impossible. Even for us VIP player would be hard to do that,even impossible.
But joining Events would really help you a lot to level up quickly.

What dmg type is Soul Blade, Ghost Blade, Kido?

For Ghost Blade & Spirit Blade it is Strength & Wisdom for  Kido.
