You can't change the name of your character.
The only possible solution is to enter another sever and create a new character for a new name.

I suggest you have this equip:
Vanguard: STR + WIS + Block rate or STR + WIS + hit rate
Assaulter: STR/WIS + hit rate + critical rate
Supporter: AGI + WIS + hit rate or AGI + hit rate + critical rate

This is only my opinion so it still depends on you.

Server EU - 61 will not load for me, like black screen as you said in your post.
There also not just EU - 61, it also...

and the list goes on and on.
I paid money on one of them servers and I am having trouble to find it!
