Because of her buff : increase assaulter "damage rate" 12%, which is clash with Zabimaru buff: increase all allies "damage rate" 10%.
To fully utilize her in pve, we use Sogyo (buff: increase all alies "attack" 10%).

However, Sogyo buff also clash with Main Char buff (9th skill, add "attack"). Thus, we need to use 8th skill while using Sogyo and Dark Rukia.

For "same" effect, they dont, they overwrite

ps: attack buff and damage buff is counted differently

You can't, this game doesn't offer this fuction
