You said if opponent use stone in last round, he might use stone or scissor. Are you talking about same guy(Sado used stone, Sado use stone or scissor next time) or the next person(Sado used stone, shiba use rock or scissor in next round)?

Newbie need help here.

A few questions I need help with:
1. Is it worth the silver refining items until you get the stat/s you want on your equipment?
If so, what stats do I look for? For Vanguards? Assaulters? Supports?

2. How about infuse spirits? Is it even worth it?

3. Is it good to upgrade Blue Hogus? Until what level if ever?

4. I already have Ichigo (gold), Sado and Inuoe, do I get Renji next or Rukia if I don't want to get/use Rangiku?
-  In any case I will get Rangiku, who do I get? Renji or Rukia?

Regardless who the person is.

As for saving silver... for recruit partner, yes.
Other than that, you don't need to save silver.

Stat is subjective to different player, Generally:
Vanguard - Str+Wis+Block/Aim
Assaulter - Str/Wis+Agi+Crit/Aim
Supporter - Wis+Agi+Aim/Crit

I would suggest focus on 1 pcs each type of attribute.
Besides, save the cash item (forgot the name, the yellow paper that can replace either one Hogu in upgrade) for tier 5 or tier 6.

Free gift Ichigo (gold) is useless.
Renji is much better than him, both pvp and pve.
Even you want to get Rangiku, Renji will still be the priority.
As you can use both Rangiku and Renji in Evil Spirit and Hyokas.
