I need HELP... I can't enter the game after I write my name... When I press "Start" nothing happens...

I always wanted to try this game but I CAN'T enter... If ever I'm in the wrong place to ask about this... PLEASE TELL ME  WHERE......

Dear Azrial or anyone who knows how this event works,

Can you explain more on how the event Shinigami Puzzle works?
1) obtain whole puzzle using 100 gold
Does it means u open both the left puzzle and the right big puzzle? Also will that adds in your achievements to get the final reward at the bottom?
2) obtain whole puzzle using 2500 gold
What is the different between this option and the first one?
3) also at the right side, there is another option that says gold complete, does that complete the whole line of puzzle according to the gold complete?

Yes you can, go to your achievement page and claim your reward.

1. Additional chance to open a random puzzle (on the left) using 100 gold, appearently it is a translation error.
2. You're able to open the whole puzzle (on the left) by spending 2500 gold and complete the bottom achievement.
3. You can claim the "row" reward by spending golds.

Both left and right are basically the same puzzle, the difference is right shows the accumulated number you opened.
For example, to complete the second row you have to open every puzzle in the second row twice, hence, even you bought "obtain whole puzzle" by spending 2500 gold, you're able to claim the first row (right hand side) reward only. To get the others, you have to open the same puzzle again, to reach the required amounts.

It seems it is a patch error, everyone are facing the same issue, you have to wait GoGames to fix it.
