Do i need counter stones on each gear on VG? Because i am planning to add hit stone on VG, to counter dodge the opponent VG. thanks

Yes you need counter on all 6, to keep him from being crit.
If you REALLY want hit (though if it's Sajin you don't need it, only for offensive VG's like Starrk and Ichigo) then drop dodge, it's useless anyways.

For all assaulters and supports I use 3 stam stones and in the other 3 pieces of gear I use counter stones.
