I ask my mate in guild. he said there's only ONE person who has only ONE socket and he is number ONE in Arena. Which mean, unless you are a really big donator of Gold u can't get even ONE socket or its material.

PS: My mate tells me that and about the number ONE in Arena, that person really has spent a lot by looking at the all high level stones and partners only bought with Golds
