I already give my opinion, but i will give some info..
My preference go to Yachiru. For tactical battle, dodge is much better. U can easly win vs people with better BP or level, cause as i already explain. If u vanguard dodge, ennemy cannot heal, use furry or do major damage on u're team. and then it's an easy fight.
But It's good for control team. Yachiru, Haribel and Yoruichi are good teammate, with Zanpakuto Ashisogi Jizo (upgrad speed and damage of support caracter/vanguard heal rate and HP). With good spirit stone on Yachiru and good Hogyoku stone on haribel and Yoriuchi u can easily defeat people without taking any damage.
Haribel and Yoriuchi stun and decrease fury for Asaulters and support opponent but u need to upgrade their speed to act first with then. Haribel first if u want to stop asaulter, Yoruichi first if u want to stop support team.
Yachiru block them and if they're not stun, they coudn't use skill before turn 3 or 4 most of the time. (With zanpakuto she can have more HP than Komamura for same lvl for info but if she's hit she loose more than him).
So if u're hit or if u need to do a lot of battle like in GW, u will need Orihime as healer, and for single fight or other event take rukia.
But there is one bad point. Event focus on brute force are quite diffficult. You will have difficult to kill Ryoka, or to be the top for Spirit hollow event. And they are the event where u can expect to win spirit stone or major reward.
But for other event like seretei defense, Guild Wars, or Blood battle, it's won't be a problem.
Last point. For this team, u will need dodge spirit stone on u 're vanguard. And if other people want to counter u they will need a lot of hit stone. For each dodge stone on Yachiru they will need to upgrade each of their caracter with hit stone.
So it's not a win-win situation, but barely one.
After some other player choose to upgrade brute force, and to cumulate bonus, like +15% damage on assaulters with skill, +18% damage on assaulters with zanpakuto. And with this yes Sado could be better, cause is just here to gain some time, and help to make some more damage.
Counter and Block could be very useful in this option, because, counter help to damage unit and finish them, and block is a skill that help to take less damage. But u are sure to take some. So u need to kill u're opponent before he use a major skill like World destruction.
So i don't think Sado is a bad choice, but u need to know your opponent and u're team too.
So Yachiru with bad team mates are not a good option.
Use Sado without knowing anything of his limit are not good too.
