i plan to get hiki or senju eventually but am not sure which one to get, which one do you guys think is best?

Red Hollowed Ichigo, Kirinji Tenjiro, Shuhei Hisagi, Yamamoto Genryusai shigekuni. Zanpakuto: Kazeshini all attributes lvl 59 but speed so i get shuhei's bonus So in other words my team is pretty bad except for shuhei and maybe H.Ichi

Then go for Hikifune for her Invul skill

ok i'll probably switch out yama, then after hiki i'll switch out kirin for senju

Actually your partners are OK. I would go for a new zanpakuto

best free yet time consuming option would be noza, if you want to buy vanguard tho then I would advice you to go after sexy kukaku, she's about 20k and she is tankiest vanguard in game atm and her halo(100% kido def to assaulters and supporters) make her best team player among vanguards so whether you will stack her or not she's way to go (I advice to stack her tho and get some friendly zanpaktou like hyorinmaru)

i'd rather get a zanpakuto that doesn't decrease my vanguards damage rate, and also one that boosts  strength wisdom and speed because it all boils down to who can hit first 90% of the time

So you want to get ryujin jakka for you zan then. He's not cheap but he'll make you strong
