Unless you were inheriting from EX level 100, this would be way too much. It should be 500-1000 gold depending if it was normally 300 or 500 gold for 80% inherit.

It gives the person who bought a new character a disadvantage (time wasted to recover the lost), when he already gained a new stronger partner, which is an advantage. This gives the player if they really want, they need to sacrifice another resources. :D
