Hey thanks for the reply so you say that even as other said i would neglect all other partners for months and without having a good zanpakuto (for now of course) i should still get TSI? i know that the worst thing that would happen i would just get a mediocre vanguard ( still better then koma for sure lol )

from karakura town u can rent for free ichibe next month, cuz it cost 9 candy and the events goes daily for 9 days, and each day u get for free one candy. When u rent one partner there, he goes automatically at the lv of your MC. So u can rent ichibe, and than recruit him from UBP, and he is directly at the last lv of your MC, skipping the grinding to lv up. But anyway TSi is an amazing character, but needs a lot of work and grinding. Anyway this is my TSI after one year of grinding, since im a low vip.

TSI is good. However, He defeats the purpose of having a vanguard cause he actually is like a tanky assaulter and doesn't support or protect the team. If faced with bankai rukia who is an SS rank it's Good Game. I personally would go for Ichibe. If you are willing to wait for senbonzakura then YES GET TSI!!!

Thanks to everyone for all the answers and advices even the one non related to the ubp since they're always helpful, as i understand TSI is a very long term project that would eventually be worth, kind of a gamble at my level to be honest while ichibe is the safest choice for all the reasons early listed, damn i'm so undecided, of course for the zanpakuto i will grab whatever (kinda) comes on ubp.
The point is that as a low vip barely more than a f2p i would probably still stack 1 character so the decision is stacking TSI or something like ywach that could come in 3 upb or who knows?

Let me explain kinda in a more easier way if i can get it across like that.
TSI is a characters that is meant to be stacked he has to have alot of resources put into him to be as good as he can be which will require the most investment out of your entire team an example that if you entire team has resources to be 300K BP, TSI is getting the resources for around 1-1.5 million BP alone.
So should you get him? yes go for it you are an f2p and a very low f2p on top of that even if you dont stack him he should serve as a good unit and on top of that he is the most frequent partner to show up in bonds which may become relevant. If you do stack him you might need a zanpaktou aswell Tensa or senbon are the more obvious ones from ubp but it depends when they show up.
btw a downside of stacking a vanguard is that your PVE damage willl be extremely low so i will advice to use TSI but not stack him for the moment and instead focus on assaulter and support line to have a good PVE performance.
