Newb question:
If i already rented TSI from the carnival event but he has expired...if i redeem him through UBP...do i have to get rid of the rented version first? Or do i have to hire him back for a day and then redeem him to unlock him fully?
If i have to get rid of him before picking him up in UBP...does he retain everything that i have developed on him?

I don't know, they've already had Hiki and TSI before so it's not unprecedented...would be more excited for a new character, but I guess at least I get to save vit for an OP character now

i'm pretty sure most people needed hiki and TSI rather than seeing ichibe and b.renji all over again so
it ain't bad at all but yeah hopefully they add new red partners on the ubp list
