Once your reach this value , time does not charge your vitality, to go over
you need to do girlfriend party, beauty games and seireitei restaurant soul palace have some reward with vit too.

During ultimate battle power (ubp) each time you use vitality to win a story stage you get a random amount of crystals (1-5) then you can exchange the crystals for the character they put (usually 40000 crystals needed, so yes around 12 k vitality)
