If most people needed Hiki then it's only because they're all new players who weren't around for the 1st or 2nd Hiki UBP's :) This would be TSI's second appearance as well. I know they did a big move with Katen in December so it's not reasonable to expect something big any time soon, it would just be nice is all...

played the game years ago, just quit and went back to a somewhat new server,
so I didn't knew about hiki being on ubp 3x now, still remember back then
zangetsu was the best zan given on ubp and people are already contented with him
