Can ı ask something in our server all they do cheating tricks in arena and wanna know that if they got punish or not couse all we r vip and we r paying Money right. And like that they r stealing our tiem ,Money and also games popularity. So what can we do which do like that?

in arena before the rewards 3-4 minutes they gave their place and get back so after that if u r 3 u coem 5th or 6th and couse of that u loose prestige and silver also. Most of htem working and couse of that they cannt look or w8 for that trick.

I go back to the server I had played on and suddenly Ive lost all progress on the server and even my character, please fix this, I was on server S53 :@ :Q

everything was working fine few hours ago but now after loading the charecter shows and screen freez. cant do anything. i tried different browser ,
clearing cookies but did not work. i am playing it in desktop pc.INTERNET CONNECTION IS FINE.

after refresh then cant in the game anymore
no matter how many time  i restart the comp or internet and clear the caches
