since yesterday i can't login because stuck on loading at 96%. try to clear chache and reset data browser several time but still stuck on 96%. how should i do?

US s4 here. I keep getting just a black screen when i try to log into the game from my microsoft surface pro 3. I have tryuing clearing the cache, updating flash and clearing the DNS. I have tried multiple browsers and i have even uninstalled google chrome and reinstalled it. I keep getting the exact same issue. This is a problem i only experiance on my suirface, but this is the computer that i game on the most.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Recently i had a problem of the sign in . Whenever i sign in it says , You still need to sign in 2 days to get 666 coupons but i sign in everyday yet the number of sign in required doesn't change it still says , you need to sign in 2 days . That's why I cant get the coupons . I asked this problem in other players and they said that i will send an e-mail to you.

Are you sure the was no days missed, and even now it's still not going down when you sign in? That's a weird one, anyone one else having this issue?

.. Yes .. i always log-in everyday .. but the days sign in doesn't decrease .. i was shocked to .. i got the 30 package .. but the 666 coupons i cant get it .. cause it still says you must sign in 2 days :'(

Apparently there is someone else having this issue to, I'm not sure what causes it, I've left a few messages to support, I don't know when they will get it, but I'll try to get you taken care of :) Sorry for the issues you are facing with it.
I cant log in now. Sever is down???
