I am not sure if I got hacked or not but today when I tried to play it showed that I was logged out and when I logged in I had to create a character all over again and I already had a 50lv char? Any suggestions why is that, is it because I logged into a different server and if so how can I find out the server my lv 50 character is on? Thanks in advance.
i cant log in passed the 3 girls 96% , ive sent 3 emails with no response , IGN - Sajin , server EU S21 :'(

I can log in now but i cant open mail or go to where you would do quests or do daily activities , these are just things i tried before getting annoyed , i don't know what you guys done during this event but the game has went from cool to rubbish

Try clearing your internet cache again, and making sure browser/flash player ect is all updated. Those problems are computer side, not server side.
Atlease not tell lies about getting back to us within 24hours...i sent you an email over a week ago now, i even resent it later and still no reply. Didnt include the type of problem since i just saw this but that wont make you not see it, will it now?

Maybe you played to another server?Im not sure though,but that's the only reason I think if no hacked your account.
