My gold and coupons vanishes for no reason. I've lost 450 gold and about 200 coupons in two days without buying anything for them or using anything that uses coupons/gold
really have no idea where it have gone or why it have been used.
i have lost 700+ bp suddenly.... but when im logged my bp in ranking dont decrease at all. was like the bp i had yesterday, but in the main screen it shows 700 bp less. i have same equips , hogyoku, treasures, formation... everything. very strange

2nd problem:i buy halloween daily discount chest 2-3 times and lose my money without any reward.
first day of Halloween event paid for the gift pack off 100 gold twice did not receive any of the items and its been nearly 49 hours and I have emailed and gained no reply help?
