My account have 416 gold (not coupons) but after server reset (00:00am server time) at 19th January (Monday) my account suddenly lost the 400 gold? I need an explanation about it. Looking forward to hearing from your side soon.

Well i too emailed supt a while ago and no email back, spent 200$ for gold and it went to the wrong account, went to eroupe s1 instead of us s44, but i doubt that will even be considered, i wasnt even on s1, use that account to see the next events...

based on grimmjaw not being able to be modified,

I appears you cannot Modify ANY SWP parteners. Also More payment bugs have been coming up. Please fix.
I enjoy the game very much but one objection I have is that if you are going to do server maintenance it should be announced on the server announcements in the game at least 30 minutes before the maintenance is scheduled. that way those of us that don't take the time to check these forums and announcements will be aware of it and won't be booted off the game leaving us unawares of what happened until it tries to reconnect.

i am trying to understand why i can't turn my character to a 4th Division Lieutenant. it is like when i get as close as i can to the wanted prestige point limit, i suddenly see my points going back at where i left them the previous day. Do you have to be a VIP palyer to get from 5th Division Captain rank and above?

If you look at the 5th division captain rank in your profile, you will notice that with it comes a daily prestige "deduction". Every day, you lose that much prestige, which means that if you don't keep up with ranking in arena, you'll get set back in rank. More than likely you aren't meeting the 5000 prestige deduction that comes with 5th division captain rank, therefore the next day, you start back at about where you started yesterday after the deduction is made.
