It's not there. I'm on two servers, a US and an EU. The US server has it, but the EU server doesn't.

you need to be lvl70 to be able to do it, atlest that`s how it was. If it was changed no idea.
I got it yesterday though i`m not 70 yet, and when i open it its black. Maybe when i hit 70 it won`t be.

Hi, the following is my account details;

Server - US75

My account have 416 gold (not coupons) but after server reset (00:00am server time) at 19th January (Monday) my account suddenly lost the 400 gold?  I need an explanation about it. Looking forward to hearing from your side soon.

My server just have a merge and caused alot of problems

i registered for CSB everyday and yet suddenly aft the merge my rankings become 0
When i try to challenge in CSB when its open, it only shows "wrong target challenged" or "challenge in CD"

Can someone look into this?
