If you're competing in arena for the top 1 or 2, then spent it on tobiume.
Or else, save them for lv65 kazeshini (or better zanpakuto).

They opened accessory, but they locked accessory interface.. :lol
So you cant equip them, until publisher unlock the accessory interface..
Originally, it should located beside equipment page.

Reiatsu lv35 & 9th division captain, but you need to receive it at your achievement page, which US version is not yet implement.
