az you mentioned dark rukia being special with some zanpaktou combination, what makes dark rukia so ...
Because of her buff : increase assaulter "damage rate" 12%, which is clash with Zabimaru buff: increase all allies "damage rate" 10%.
To fully utilize her in pve, we use Sogyo (buff: increase all alies "attack" 10%).
However, Sogyo buff also clash with Main Char buff (9th skill, add "attack"). Thus, we need to use 8th skill while using Sogyo and Dark Rukia.
is Renji a best assault character you can get in level 50( I mean straight after you became lvl 50).

For "same" effect, they dont, they overwrite
ps: attack buff and damage buff is counted differently

You can't, this game doesn't offer this fuction
