regarding his team he has noble isane sdt muken full mod and kukaku and RJ ofc; he proba put urahara instead of isane but who knows;

n yeh freeze do unbalance the dmg even if i did enjoy using it at early stages but not anymore;

I spoke directly with the developer and talked about how to improve gameplay, they need more man power to get their focus back in this game, I am not sure if you can do that for me, cuz without the man power, there are a lot of things that can't be done. Example: All PvE immune to freeze.

Don't think so, it prevents players from getting a single item too fast.
