There is no 2nd round for Hisagi and I do not recall ever having played PvP with just Main+Hikifun ...

so an equal Hiki vs an equal Hisagi means Hisagi = 1 shot? Don't think biased when comparing lol

The comparsion is a nobrainer... but well... assuming Hikifune and Hisagi would meet with poor main chars not worth mentioning:

Turn 1 Hiki goes first and kills hisagi or lowers his HP to <25% if he's stacked.
Hisagi fails due to Invincibility.

Turn 2: Hiki kills hisagi easily with a 150% atk normal atk (due to buff).

Oetsu has +20% agi from Talent and +20% +10% to all ally speed from Mods.
Hikifune has +20% agi fro ...

Universal buffs are universal. Not sure why you people don't understand that.

Tenjiro is the only partner faster then Kirio. Tenjiro is also faster then a 6th mod Oetsu.

Additionally, even if you end up in a situation where someone is running Oetsu without Kirio, getting +110 fury isn't all that hard, where as getting 125 is damn near impossible. Any character that can be countered with a few more stones is not a counter to anything.

I never once said Hisagi was a counter. Hisagi is a good cleanup character, and he pairs well with other fury reducers ( Kirio, Oetsu, CSB Aizen, etc ). He is a top 5 pvp assaulter right now, which isn't bad. Though all assaulters have issues with supports for the time being, making them all play the cleanup role.

ugh not actual 1v1, im talking in-game against their own buffs and what not, completely equal teams and all, that's how you compare

Just compare their skills and what would happen

If it's both equal Hiki and Hisagi, are you still thinking Hisagi will be oneshot with his own def? Or are you thinking of a 300/400k atk Hiki and only stamina or something on Hisagi?

Hiki first, does skill, gets buffs
Hisagi does skill, DISARMS (stop thinking one-sided)
Hiki, unable to attack due to disarm
Hisagi onwards attacks Hiki until death

why can't you understand actual comparison? Or an equal comparison? xD

Invincibility ignores debuffs.

Also, Hisagi is Chance Disarm, and it seems rather low.

Hiki is invulnerability, Uno Ken is invincibility

Hiki only dodges attacks ^^

It's just we never get to see a Hiki get attacked LOL

nnatsu had both and tested, oetsu was faster. but not by much, just a slight amount

I have both. Kirio is faster then Oetsu.
