That's just not true. I have both at level 120. Hiki is evo'd with 7800 speed currently and Oetsu is evo'd with 4k speed. Hiki stacked has 577k speed, Oetsu has 576.8k speed. They also have the same max evolution. So if you evo them evenly Oetsu will be faster hands down. Both have their full speed mods.

If all Assaulters get rekt by Supports, then why bother with PvP assaults and not go for PvE ones directly?

10 more fury without lowering your damage with psychic does cost quite a lot.... at least from the perspective of someone that plays for about a month and has not yet gotten a 2nd T1.

Oetsu alone is faster than Hikifune alone, hikifune with oetsu's halo is faster than Oetsu..

Oetsu has 20% talent + 30% on mods. Kirnji has 18% on talent + 10% more on talent + 22% on mods. But if you have both oetsu 6th mod and kirnji then kirinji will undoubtedly be faster since that last 10% of his would apply to kirinji too. So yes kirinji can be 10% faster than oetsu, but only by having oetsu as well.

I don't know what to tell you. She is faster for me. I don't even have level 12 agi stones yet, which should make that gap even larger, as more base agility is much better for modifiers.

I can see a point at which Oetsu is faster from base agility, but eventually that growth rate is going to out preform the 5% agility bonus Oetsu has over Kirio. At 120, with 120 Ulti Gear, I have no doubt that Oetsu is probably faster, and probably would continue to be faster at 130 with 130 Ulti gear. I would suspect, somewhere around 140, where Ultimate Gear stops being a factor for advancement of agility, Kirios growth rate overtakes Oetsu.

problem with the game is atk power in kido or phy is way too OP.. there not enough DEF in this stupid game to withstand it, that the biggest problem
the other was all the good mod are in 5-7th stage when we only get fk all fragments lol

only counter hiku is a atk all tank who bypass invincibility... which there isnt none that i've seen.. and if and when ever there one the mod is mostly in slot 5-7

no matter how cool looking or epic power the future release of partners are!... if it slower then hikfu it means death... so go blow your $$$ on it, lol... and sadly they only release a faster partner since they cant fix the problem lol

What you're saying is meaningless speculation. I have actual evidence. You can't get out of being wrong about something by speculating about the future. As of right now, Oetsu is faster, that is just a fact.

I just said that Kirio is faster for me. I am level 106 with 100 ultimate gear. You are 120, with 120 ultimate gear, and your Oetsu is faster.

It is speculation, but I know I am not lying, and I don't believe you are lying, so thats the only explanation I can come up with. Getting increased base agility from Refines + full Ultimate set, multiplied by the additional agility % Oetsu gets probably outweighs the .4 growth rate.

But Growth rate is something that is persistent, where as ultimate sets are not. I don't think that is a unreasonable speculation to make.
