I just started playing yesterday on US S64 [lvl 33. female ghost blade. Sanada (don't remember second name)] When I logged in today on the same server the "Pick a character & Name" picture popped up.

How do I get my old player back?

my problem is when i used hogyoku fragment to get 1 hogyoku pill. i swallowed hogyoku pill the exp increase and also my strategy attack also increase. but after i refresh bleach game and enter it,i see my stategy attack is the same before i used hogyoku pill...and my hogyoku pill is gone...can u help me...??
