Is it all EU servers which have issues? or only some?

Since Yesterday i cant login into this Server. It's only this Server, other EU or US server will work.
After Logintry the normal Picture with Orihime, Sui-Feng and Nanao. after the bar is 100% it comes a other bar where stand "Login Game Server". After a while the bar is gon and the screen is black.
All the methodes for black screen woun't work and it is still only this server...

facebook servers have been down for over a day now, kind of getting annoying, i can't top up at all and the events are going to end
