i lost all my crystals and i was still in the top spot when i last was online now i have 0. . .yes 0 crystals, i did everything said and still 0000000000000000000000000000000

i had a lv 45 account but now wen i go to play it wants me to start again from lv 1 with a new caricature, please tell me there is a way to get it back PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
