Not necessary. If we consider a really powerful computer it shouldn't cause too much of a problem.

is not that i mean to hit the ryoka good, with evil spirit no problem but ryoka is a mess

they still ended the event using the time before the maintenance. So what's the point of changing it and waste hours of waiting in the first place!!
