Well maybe they should get some more ppl to help ouit im sure plenty of ppl would be willing to help make this a more enjoyable game for everyone

Yeah. If they live in China, in the city where their office is.

I've been told Support has asked for them to hire more people...management has refused to do so.

If you had 33k before this, then you already claimed the zan or should have, so there is very little issue in the end.


Regardless, they will fix it I'm sure.

Then I'm sure they will still get it.

Though, I don't know why they would not have gotten it right when they got the 30k, that seems strange.

"Oh I got the 30k crystals! I can get the zan by clicking this button right now...buuuut I think I'll wait a few days for the funnzies. Rather grab it right at the last second for the thrills."

I dont mean it like that, I mean someone that had around 25k and some gold with which to buy the remaining 5k. But didn't buy the crystals immediately so that he could save as much gold as possible by using as much vit as possible.
