i think i speak for everyone when i say this but were the hell is the support for this game iv seen alot of ppl say they have to start again even more saying they lost bp and others saying lost ice cryistel wtf is going on this game needs to get sorted out big time

U know, I'm a really BIG fan of Bleach. I know all of the songs, episodes, i even know almost all characters from the anime (except the minor one). I've been watching it from the 1st day its been out with the subs and that is 10 years ago. It's my 1st anime that i watch since i'm 9 y/o and bcoz of this I'd loved anime since then. At 1st I was more than excited to know that Bleach-my most favorite anime have game that I can play online-translated and free. But now, with all of this bugs and other problems, I'm kinda disappointed. That they ruin my childhood anime like this. I'd like to stop playing but I can't because it is the only Bleach game that i can play online-translated. Besides, it's the 1st RPG I've played.

TBH, sometimes i wonder " Why did they do this things to game that uses Bleach as the model?" With all the bugs,glitches and other problems. Honestly, instead of making new servers every single day, They just can use that times and efforts into improving the gameplay with the already existing servers instead of making one. Almost every day, there are people reporting about the same problems over and over again, even I did. But, the most disappointing things is that no one answering and fixing (maybe they did but the problems keep occuring). I even send the problems to both emails  [email protected] and [email protected] but the problem is either the email is invalid or maybe they didn't reply or even bother to at all.

I just want anyone whose in charge AT LEAST answered the players' report in the forum instead of ignoring them. It didn't hurt and cost them anything just a little times.

IS this for reaaaaal?!!!! i had like 13K something and i was first in EU27 what the hell now i have to start from scratch!?

i even spend coupons and gold on vitality points to be first.... what the hell is this!!!!

They can't answer them all, there are to many, and only 2 people in support. The e-mail is [email protected] , it is not an invalid e-mail, they can't possibly answer every last e-mail. As for the forums, that's what they have me for.

When you said this is the first RPG you've ever played, that's the kicker right there. Most browser games open servers at this rate, like Unlimited Ninja ect. It's how they make the most money. They have a small team trying to fix bugs, as well as get us new things (like we just got partner upgrade, something we wasn't expecting for a long time), like the Halloween event. Takes time with a small team. Being in China doesn't help much due to time zones ect.

This game, as many forget, is also open beta, though they would not delete peoples data if it was to go "live". Open beta means expect there to be bugs, and glitches at times. It's a work in progress, and people can't expect it to be a perfect game in a month or two. It takes time, and they are understaffed as is.

This is a fun game, for a browser game. Can't please everyone.

Seeing how it's 3:30am for them, probably asleep. It's only 2 people.

It will all get fixed later, no need for everyone to get in a ruckus.

Yeh i also love bleach and this is the first game of it iv came across but your right there are way to many bugs and gliches its unreal the game developers really need to lison to the gamers/fan/players and fix all of thesis problems i enjoy the game and all but it comes with alot of BS so they really let them selfs down with it in the end pretty disapointed to be honest

like i was 24 in BP my guild was top of arrencar and 9th in total we came 4th-7th every guild war and advents along slide that we had fun in the guild now all of it is gone i cant even find my character any more im sure it was Eu48 (Shaku Riku lvl 54 BP 90800 TheForgotten Guild leader)
