what is better? dreadnought armors or jibakurei armors?

I didn't remembered their names, is dreadnought free gift set or lv1 ultimate set?
These two are better than lv30 purple (jibakurei)... but only little differences...

1-What does every attribute mean? ex. strength ->inc defence, stamina->inc. HP
2-Can I exchange or upgrade the materials to the higher lvl ones? ex. soul steel to jibakurie steel

im just wondering, i follow this character, ghost blade i am doing all of my effort, to get a higher BP but it seems Kido, is the best damager when it comes in pvp. i top up once to get tobiome, but i feel ghost blade is so hard to deal with pvp and event, im lvl 41 now and some of my enemy is so much bigger when it comes in BP

That is mentioned in tip 1.
Kido is easier in earlier stage, whereas Ghost Blade is the best in end game, with 10th skill.
lv41 is still far away from getting the 10th...
